Warm Welcome in Rome

Our flight from Toronto to Rome was uneventful.  We actually slept on the plane and were ready to go when we arrived in Rome.  We booked an airport shuttle from Canada to take us straight to the "Beehive" and were happy we did.
When we were shown our room the gal from reception wished me a Happy Birthday.  There on the table was a beautiful hand made Birthday card from the "Beehive" and really yummy smelling organic soap.  How sweet?
What a great start to our adventures in Europe.
